Fraud notice for carriers and shippers
Criminals are impersonating freight brokers, including by copying real company names, MC numbers and email signatures. If you're offered a load in our name, check it against this page before you haul.

Kesha will always
- Send rate confirmations and setup packets from keshaenterprises@gmail.com.
- Use the phone number and address on our FMCSA record.
- Show the same broker, pickup and delivery on the rate confirmation and the bill of lading.
- Pay the carrier on the rate confirmation, or its factoring company on file.
Kesha will never
- Email you from any other address, including lookalikes with an extra letter, number or dash, such as kesha.enterprises or keshaenterprises1.
- Ask you to check in under a different company name or MC number.
- Change a pickup or delivery address by phone or text without a revised rate confirmation.
- Ask for a fee, deposit, gift card or wire transfer to get loads.
- Send a link asking you to sign in and "verify" your load board or carrier account.
If something doesn't match
- Don't pick up the load or send any documents.
- Call us at the number on our FMCSA record, not a number in the message you received.
- Forward the email to keshaenterprises@gmail.com with "Fraud" in the subject line.
- Report it to the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database and the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
